Lumina is a UK job search assistant for visa-dependent applicants. Every job returned by your search is cross-referenced against the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors, so you only see employers that can legally sponsor your Skilled Worker visa. The register is downloaded fresh from gov.uk every 24 hours.
Most UK job boards do not surface visa-sponsor status, so applicants spend hours manually cross-checking employer names against a PDF on gov.uk. Lumina removes that friction. We also score CV-to-role fit, generate tailored CVs and cover letters per application, and produce interview prep material, all gated by your own credit balance with no hidden upsells.
Job listings are aggregated from Adzuna, Reed.co.uk, Jooble, JSearch, The Muse, and Gov.uk via their official APIs (LinkedIn and Indeed via python-jobspy for whitelisted accounts only). The sponsor register comes directly from the UK Home Office register.
Lumina routes generative AI calls across multiple providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek) with per-feature model selection and automatic fallback when one provider rate-limits. The Free tier runs on Gemini 3.1; Pro unlocks Claude alongside Gemini.
Lumina is built by Mohammad Etminan, founder and lead engineer at Etminan AI Solutions Ltd. After more than a decade engineering complex decisioning and pricing systems for UK businesses, where the rules invariably lived in one person's head and the bottleneck was always the same, I noticed the identical pattern in the UK job market: visa-dependent applicants spending hours cross-checking employer names against a PDF on gov.uk, only to apply to roles that could not legally sponsor them. Lumina exists to eliminate that wasted effort.
The product is operated by Etminan AI Solutions Ltd, a UK-registered company (Companies House: 17103559) headquartered in Bracknell, England.
