Every job returned by your search is cross-referenced against the UK Home Office's official Skilled Worker sponsor register (about 120,000 employers, refreshed daily from gov.uk). Matched jobs get a 'Sponsor' badge with the route and licence rating; toggle 'Visa sponsors only' to hide everything else.

The full register downloads from gov.uk every 24 hours. New sponsors show up the day after they’re added; sponsors who lose their licence stop matching within a week.

Skilled Worker is the primary match. The register also includes Health and Care Worker, Global Business Mobility, Scale-up, and other Worker routes. When an employer is licensed for several, Lumina prefers the Skilled Worker route in the badge.
