Terms of Service — Lumina™ Last updated: March 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using Lumina™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. 2. Description of Service Lumina is a desktop application that assists with job searching. It uses AI (Google Gemini) to analyse job listings, score relevance against your CV, and generate tailored career documents including cover letters and CVs. 3. Your Data You retain full ownership of all data you provide, including CVs, cover letters, and job preferences. We process your data solely to provide the service described above. 4. AI Processing Lumina sends your career data to Google Gemini's API for analysis. This data is processed according to Google's API terms and is not used to train their models. 5. Account Deletion You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. 6. Data Export You may export all your data at any time via Settings > Account > Export My Data. Data is provided in JSON format. 7. Limitation of Liability Lumina is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before use. 8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You will be notified of significant changes.
